How to transfer purchased applications to another Android Market account?

Why don't you want to create a "gift" account with the program purchased for it and give it away?
Or a lot of prizes?

So it seems that in Android you can install programs from only one account. So, having connected a “gift” account, the user will still not be able to install the application from it.
