What hardware to take for programming in 2016?

Good day, dear forum users!
So that unpleasant time has come when the old hardware is already breathing its last, IDEs take half an hour to load, and emulators work in jerks. I would like to buy something new in the budget of $ 1000-1500 (net cost of iron), so that development and emulators would pull without brakes, crashes and glitches, and also be reliable and, preferably, quiet. Games do not have to be drawn.
Planned uses: Microsoft VS, RAD, Android Studio, possibly AutoCAD, data parsing from the web.
What do you advise, colleagues?

Is this some kind of joke? Yes, for such grandmas a server machine can be assembled.
If on business, then I advise you to stock up on operatives, since it is cheap, and everyone is eating it now, especially if you plan to run emulators / virtual machines.

Take an average mother, look more not at the manufacturer, but at the reviews, because everyone can make rubbish. Proc i5 - do not care what, RAM from 16 gigs, ssd. If you are going to mess around with 3D graphics, then take a vidyuhi for 7-10k,

I now use only a Lenovo T540p laptop, the desktop has been gathering dust for a long time. I bought in the minimum configuration, ssd disks, memory and large monitors I bought myself. Processor Intel i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz. The video is also Intel's, because I don't play games. In general, I bought Lenovo because it works very well with Linux. This was, perhaps, the main criterion. The build quality is good. Convenient with a laptop, you can take with you anywhere, carry back and forth. You are connected to the desktop.

SSD 256 G (I offer 2 pieces - a mirror for reliability) for the system.
HDD - to taste (2 terabytes, for example), you can have one more for backup.
The latest 6th generation i5 processor, but not top-end, but slightly lower than top-end. Maybe i7.
You don't need a video card, the processor has it.
Memory - 16 G is quite normal. If you like virtual machines a lot, then you can use 32 G.
The case is to your liking.
