Why won't the netbook run LiveUSB?
Netbook - samsung n100. When I boot it says Operating System Not Found. When booting from LiveUSB - black screen and blinking cursor, no more signs of life. What could be the problem?

I had a similar problem on msi wind u100 with some flash drives. However, if the same program created an sd card, then everything worked fine. So I didn't find a solution.

If we take it for granted that the local audience is familiar with the basics of LiveUSB-building, then there are not many options left. I've come across some very good images that completely refused to work in the absence of a hard drive or other drive other than a LiveUSB media. And physically the hard drive could be present, it was necessary to switch AHCI to IDE mode in the BIOS.
