ODIN gives a faill! ???

when you try to flash your smartphone "Samsung SM-J320FN", the ODIN program gives a faill! , I do not know what to do?
previously tried to get root rights, it only turned out that the firmware for root was not for Samsung SM-J320FN but for Samsung SM-J320NB and now it only turns on and off, and the recovery remains custom TVRP (or whatever it is).
now I want to just re-flash the phone but I can’t because of a mistake .... what should I do?
at least how to demolish this damn recovery and return it as it was?
