How to make the virtual camera show a specific jpg image in bluestacks?

Need to read a specific QR code through bluestacks. To do this, you need to somehow force the emulator camera to show a picture from the directory on the computer. I tried to use software to emulate a webcam in the windows system - Magic Camera, ManyCam, VCam_v6.3. All this software can emulate a webcam and set a static image. But bluestacks does not recognize such virtual webcams. It seems to me that there are 2 solutions:
1) find software for Android that would replace the camera image in the emulator with a static picture. 2) Find a way to completely emulate a webcam for windows so that even bluestaks think it's real.
Neither for the first nor for the second solution, I do not know the necessary software.

Stupid solution: any "iron" webcam via USB to a computer, plus a sheet of paper with printed codes
