What android framework with the ability to send SMS do you know?

I welcome everyone. I got the idea to automate my daily activities on the device, namely sending SMS. I want to write an application that will send SMS messages of a different nature to a number specified in advance (ideally, specified in the settings of the software itself), in fact: a window with several buttons, where each button is a message. Perhaps someone has already encountered this and has some experience. Are there any other ways to achieve the desired non-recourse to knowledge of higher-level programming languages?
