Hi

I bought a poppy because they said it was "good" for web development and design
Why is it good? Why it doesn't have viruses I
installed a preprocessor and had to write a command in the terminal
I just copy-paste, not knowing what
What is Linux? Why is it convenient to program on it?
All these questions excite me and do not let me sleep (I'm lying, it does)
But still, where can I get acquainted with all this? Perhaps, what book?

And this book is called Google :) Or Yandex. Or where you are used to looking. The Mac is an "ilita" system, giving its users the feeling that they are "ilita" - primarily because of the price. And due to the fact that the software is installed only "highly approved".
I will say one thing in order to be well versed in the console, MAC is the worst option, because it is initially aimed at high user friendliness, which means a minimum of a console. You need to install linux and learn it. How ? yes, it's very simple, any task on linux will require you to google it.
Install the driver - google (off site)
The problem with the sound is google ... and so on ad infinitum until you understand the principles of operation and collect the "command base" in your head (and maybe on a piece of paper). I have switched to linux since 2014, I won’t say that I’m a pro, no, I’m far from it, but I understood the main basic points and how to work with the system. And yes, I’ll say for sure that it’s more convenient to develop on linux than on Windows (I don’t presume to say for MAC)
