Do you connect to a satsionary computer?
What axis is on board: Windows, Macos, Linux?
Sound drivers are standard Windows, or Realtek, or some other?
Whose firewood for pods?

Most likely, the connectors on the motherboard are connected incorrectly. If everything is ok there, look at the sound settings, on auto-detection and mode switching.
