Do I clean all only the section will wipe or the whole hard?

All partition markup will be removed. This is about a kilobyte of information on the disk.
The data stored on the disk will not be affected. They will remain on it, they simply will not be read.
In general, the disk will be "as from the factory" clean, without partitions.

The entire disk could be erased by taking R.tester or a similar program, and running a write test there (at the same time it would be checked for health).
But if you need exactly one section, then either fill it with large files (.iso, .mkv, etc.), or take Eraser , in my opinion, he can do this. Even if not, you can first wipe free space with it, and then files and folders.
