What to do if the path to the sdk is lost?

The fact is that I need to compile a build for google play, and recently they have been asking for api above 29, 10 version of android. But in order for the project to compile under such settings, you need to update the sdk.
I already installed the sdk in unity, but it's not the right version. I went to android studio to update, but it's not there)
I downloaded a new one. But not one of the folders fits the path ... As a result, I was left with a ready-made toy, but without the possibility of putting it into Google Play.
Help out!

It does not begin to crumble, it has already almost crumbled.
When Value(1) is less than Threshold(5) it is already a critical state. Judging by the value of one, there will soon be nowhere to reassign sectors, and if you have a read / write error, then the file will be completely broken, do not want to lose information, turn off the disk and turn it on only for backing up the contents.

Do not indicate that the question is difficult, when the whole question is your curvature.
The sdk directory should not contain Russian characters.
Attach a screenshot of what subfolders you have on the path.
