The hard drive is in RAW, formatting in ntfs does not work, are there options to restore it?

Good afternoon! The problem is this, a 2.5 1TB hard drive, went into RAW format to ntfs does not give, 99% falls into an error when I try to format through Windows Disk Management, through the console the same trouble. Acronics disk manager also does not format the disk in state ... Are there any chances to restore the disk to working capacity? Thank you in advance)

@Ezhyg

First, stop formatting it before you completely lose everything :)
Secondly, run Victoria , see the status of SMART attributes, you can run a surface check.

@pochemychkayo

In Victoria: SMART-GOOD
When executing chkdsk / f / r / x, I get this:
I don’t need information on the disk, the main goal is to restore it as a storage medium)
