In general, hours of work with the code make themselves felt, the text after half an hour of work begins to blur, the eyes get tired. There is an idea to buy glasses for a computer (those with iridescent lenses, but without diopters) ... I would like to read reviews from those who really use them (on the Internet, 90% of information and reviews are spam from marketers). What do you think? Is it worth ordering? Maybe there are some recommendations for choosing glasses ...

There are such. Bought in optics for 500r. There is an effect, the eyes get tired less, the color becomes warmer.
But don't expect some magical effect. The eyes get tired all the same, albeit more slowly. Plus, I personally feel uncomfortable with glasses (perhaps the frame is like that).
