Which monitor with Flicker-free (flicker protection) is better?

I began to look for a monitor with flicker protection, because my current monitor DELL S2340L makes my eyes very tired, I settled on the following models
1. BenQ BL2423PT
2. Philips P Line 241P6EPJEB
3. Philips B Line 241B7QPJEB
All 3 monitors support Flicker-free technology .
The monitors also have blue light protection - benq has Low Blue Light, Philips 241P6EPJEB has SoftBlue, Philips B Line 241B7QPJE has LowBlue. I did not find how this technology differs from Philips.
Has anyone worked with these monitors? Which one is better to choose? Or advise in this price range, a good monitor for the eyes.
