Mild wrist pain after switching from a laptop to an external keyboard?
I work on MBP 15 "2019, I decided to try an external monitor + external keyboard + mouse.
The last couple of days I have had pain in my hand while working.
It seems that the keyboard is too "high". When I work on a macbook, my hands are almost parallel (the keyboard is on macbook is very low), and when I work at an external keyboard, my hands “
sag ” under it and, most likely, this causes pain. I get tired
What should I do to make it more comfortable?

A very typical moment. In a high clave without rest, the hand does not lie on it, but bends just in the place where the brush is "attached". You should not ignore this moment - for one friend, such a finga led to a pinched nerve, surgery and six months of actual, not only impossibility to work at a computer - even do ordinary things!
Try a clave with a rest (a wrist rest that attaches in front of the keyboard).
