Keyboard problem. Because of which?

Good evening everyone.
With the help of AI tweak overclocked the PC (profile: extreme). Everything started up well, worked, rebooted the PC and switched ai tweak to normal mode. Everything would be fine, only after starting the PC, all the keyboard buttons were pressed every other time. Disconnected the USB and plugged it back in. Everything started working normally.
question: what could have caused this?
motherboard: asus z370-p
processor: i5 8600k
RAM: DDR4 Corsair Dominator 3000mhz 16 gb

Overheating, lack of power. Keyboard wired?
