What freelance services do you know?

Good afternoon, I liked the format of a store of ready-made freelance services, such as Kwork, in our Russian-speaking segment. There are a lot of analogues to it, only all of them are either half-dead (Moguza, 5buks), or not inspiring confidence (Workzilla), or, as in the case of the English-speaking one - Fiverr: continuous filling of giant questionnaires, tests and other garbage, just to publish the finished service, besides, fiverr is a little slow, which also does not add weight to it. In this connection, the question is, are there any exchanges of ready-made freelance services with three criteria:
1. Simple publication of services (without filling out questionnaires and giant tests)
2. There is a solvent audience.
3. And, directly, so that you can publish your service, and not throw applications for what customers want.
