Freelance - work experience?

I started writing my CV and I had a question. Should freelance work be considered work experience? The fact is that as such, I have no real work experience in the company, but only small orders for the development of sites of medium complexity, little experience as technical support for hosting, in general, little things. Can these items qualify for a place in the Work Experience column, or even better, do not bother and just skip this section?

of course indicate.
The type of employment you write is Freelance, and below, in achievements, a list of what you have learned, how rich you are and a link to your portfolio.

@opium

For website developers, the main role in the resume is played by the portfolio.

This is not an unofficial work experience (you are not an individual entrepreneur, as I understand it). Be sure to indicate it in the resume, but with the note informal.

I agree with opium, it is very important to have a beautifully designed portfolio, it is advisable to indicate what tasks you had to work with.
It is also desirable to indicate which companies worked with.
