Can I withdraw money from upwork NOT to my Payoneer card?

Tell me, is it possible to register a Payoneer card for another person, and then withdraw money from upwork to his card? Won't it confuse someone on upwork that I have one name in my account, and the Payoneer card is linked to another person? Has anyone done this at all?

Can the transcription of the name be different?
My name has 3 different spellings. Moreover, one (fundamentally wrong) is in my passport, the other is on the Alfa-Bank card (letter by letter) and the third (phonetic) is officially generally accepted and often used, which I also use on UpWork.
What is the best name transcription to use for Payoneer registration? From a passport or from UpWork?
Or is it better to make compliance with the passport everywhere? (and strangle the passport officer)
