Which freelance exchange to choose to receive money from the customer?

I have a skill to search for customers on sites through social networks (I have my own VKontakte group). But since we do not conclude any contracts, customers may change their minds (for example, when they find out that the site itself does not bring orders and you still need to invest in advertising). I need to protect myself somehow.
I've heard of an "escrow" where the customer deposits money and a third party pays it back to the freelancer if the job is done or returns it to the customer if the job fails. As far as I understand, freelance exchanges do this. So I want to know:
Which freelance exchanges offer this service? I consider both domestic and foreign ones, but I definitely need free access to this service (% for the service - yes, PRO-account or subscription fee - no).
In addition, who has experience on these exchanges, please tell me where it is easier to register (for example, where they require a scan of a passport, and where not) and where it is easier to withdraw money (in the first place for convenience for me - a bank card, in second place - Qiwi)? I’m interested in the ease of registration in case I need to ask a customer who contacted me through social networks to register on a freelance exchange in order to receive money-back guarantees in case I fail to fulfill the order (and guarantee myself money if I do).
Therefore, I am also interested in escrow services outside of freelance exchanges (but also reliable), if there are any.
In addition, your experience of remote contracting is also of interest. Maybe it's still not as difficult as I imagine?

That is, you initially built your promotion strategy on deception.
And now you are afraid that you will be thrown?
There is no problem with "customer knowing".
The simplest guarantee is to take money in parts, say, for a week of work at once. In case of big problems, you will lose a maximum of a week.
Escrow means that the customer can open a dispute on the topic that you promised him and did not fulfill. In this case, you will not receive money with escrow either.

Upwork is a freelance exchange. Take 10% of the amount paid to the contractor. Escrow is built in.

webmoney has its own escrow https://escrow.webmoney.ru/
and it seems that they did it on the weblancer and there it is not yet necessary to buy a pro account
