I work as a programmer, there is an unfinished tower. You need education to get a work visa. What can you advise? To reduce labor costs ...
Most likely this is a remote job? Possible option with other countries. Or is it still to finish my studies at home?

A spherical phrase in a vacuum from the Russian Internet. The company will check the diploma for six months and pay another 10k dollars to the migration lawyer. A work visa is usually issued at the very end, when everything has already been approved and checked 100 times. And the statement that a diploma = a work visa is complete nonsense. On the other side of the fence, too, people work and are far from stupid and no less bureaucratic.
