What do you need to work with 1s-enterprise 8.2 over the network?

1c-enterprise 8.2 is installed locally on the accountant's machine. It is planned to increase the number of accountants up to 4 people, put them in 2 offices, put a server for them and 1c on it.
Working with 1s in terminal mode is good, but it hurts too much for the price of a terminal license. Is there a way to share access to accountants without purchasing additional licenses (except for 3 keys to 1c, of course)?
Base 1.5 GB, file, planned growth - 200mb/year.

Buy a 1C miniserver (up to 5 users) www.1c.ru/news/info.jsp?id=17577, for example.
Well, or buy a tambourine and try to install file 1C on Linux.
