Hello.
I describe the report, its attributes and the condition for selecting data from the program. I would like to describe the language more "approximate" (understandable) to the programmer. Below is a description. Is this description correct? and how to make it even better and clearer for the programmer?
The "Vehicles in need of repair" field should include those vehicles that:
1. The date of the planned repair period falls within the period:
Start date of the period:
check for an entry in the "Car Repair" section:
• if there is an entry, then the start date of the period will be the date from fields "Date of repair"
• if there is no record, then the start date of the period will be the date from the field "Date of commissioning"
The end date of the period will be the date from the field "Date of formation of the report"
2. There is no record with the type of repair and date in the field "date of exit from repair", which falls within the specified period.
