Hello! Unable to connect via VPN to 1C server. VPN we use cisco anyconnect respectively get uchetki and assign security group 1C. From different computers, their 1C server pings, but 1s the enterprise cannot establish a connection with the server in any way, but I repeat their server pings. From my PC, the connection is established with the server. I also tried to set up other PCs, it doesn’t work, I tried my VPN account on another PC - everything is the same, their VPN accounts are working (tried on my PC), I tried to use the mobile network through the PC, also without result. We use different providers. Maybe someone faced such a problem. 1C server is located in Mingos

You describe very chaotically, if I understand correctly - from one vpn account (when connected to a vpn server) there is access to a local resource, from the other - no. If everything is so - see what pools you issue on the cisco, is there a difference in the group and connection profile? Are all the necessary rules spelled out exactly?

There was something similar. And there were pings. We corrected the settings in vpn so that the client knows the DNS server, which is on the network with the 1C server and everything worked. Only it was openvpn.

1c does not know how to ip, in order for a non-web client to connect, it is necessary for ip to resolve, find out or peep the true name of the 1c server of the enterprise and register in dns or hosts. If somewhere on the Internet there are ways to bypass, then google in this direction.
In simple terms, you have the address of a 1c server, for example, 10.10.1.1, but 1c, when connected, learns the name 1cserver.vvvv.lan from it and tries to connect by this name and we get fig.

in this case, I wrote the address and name of the server in the hosts file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Open it with notepad and add a line like:
10.0.0.1 servername
where in 10.0.0.1 is the server ip, servername is the server name, which you specify in the 1C client
