How to properly set up an OpenVPN tunnel?

Good day.
There are 2 servers
1 - server: OpenVPN on Debian7
2 - WinServer - Client
on server #1 there are 2 IP addresses, 1 internal and 1 external.
The task is this: It is necessary that winserver connects to the OpenVPN server through the internal IP, but goes to the network from the external IP. And so that from outside (from the Internet) when connecting to an external IP, OpenVPNa has access to machine No. 2 on WinServer.
Please help me set up the system :)
