On a working PC, the Internet is connected via a VPN server, and therefore there are a number of restrictions, for example, you cannot open mail pages and several other sites, and most importantly, Dropbox does not work.

Aren't the anonymizers closed? You can use them to access the web version of Dropbox, but not every anonymizer should be trusted with your login / password ...
Or, ideally, set up your web proxy somewhere outside and go through it.
