What could be wrong with the 1050 graphics card?

I bought an hp pavilion gaming 15-cx0132ur laptop, used, it was six months old, when I went to look at it and tested it, everything was fine. I came home and decided to turn on the witcher 3 for the test. What was my surprise when I saw at the lowest settings in fullHD stable 15fps, and so with all the games, it gives out very little fps, what could be the problem?

Check that you are using a discrete graphics card, and not a built-in one, for example. Google is full of instructions.
Also, update your drivers just in case.
