Is it possible to connect a video card to the PCI-Express pins of the thunderbolt ethernet adapter?

I came across a report by a certain friend (about TB to ethernet at the end) about DMA attack thunderbolt compatible devices (if I understood correctly :)), in it he dissects a thunderbolt to ethernet adapter and finds out that it is thunerbolt to PCI -> PCI to ethernet, then he sits down to the PCI wires and reads some kind of information. Is it possible to just solder a PCI connector to these PCI wires to get a thunderbolt to PCI adapter, for example, to connect a video?

I think no. At least the report is not about that. A report that it is possible to create some kind of thunderbolt device, connect it and access the computer, devices.
Will be able to bypass almost all OS security measures and have the ability to install malware or read system memory, which may contain encryption keys.
That is the main message of the report. (By the way, it turned out to be very interesting. ATP for you :) )
Well, to connect a PCI-E card, you will need to buy a separate device (still expensive) and remember about 15% performance losses.
