What cms would you recommend based on the requirements?

PS There is a site, now it works on self-writing, which is why marketing has a lot of problems. The site takes a long time to load, is poorly customized, and everything depends on its development team.
We want to transfer the entire backend to another cms or framework. Only the personal account and everything connected with it will remain on the old system.
