Is it possible to make a background like this with pure css?

We need a background on which all sorts of inscriptions and images will be displayed.
So far I've taken a few pictures, but I don't like this option.

Linear Gradient
In your case there is a multiple linear gradient. One tilted clockwise, the other counterclockwise. Specified separated by commas in the background-image property.
