Do you know a CMS for writing code?

Hello. There is such an interesting project: CODIAD ( http://codiad.com)
CMS, which is something in the style of a cloudy and simplified analogue of sublime text.
It's a pity, buggy horror, at least the backend.
Who met - tell me projects, plugins, cms, solo startups, in general, anything where such front-end baubles are implemented, namely: code highlighting, hotkey binds, custom environment settings, autocomplete. Or at least from where you can separately pull good implementations of these things for the browser.
The backend is of little interest.

You need to search for

web IDE

I personally did not use it, but I met descriptions of several. I think there are about 5-10 live projects.

This is a Web IDE, and their peculiarity is that all development tools are placed in the cloud.
Essentially the same as locally, but with a huge disadvantage, which is that instead of the best tools for your tasks, you will have to use what is in this cloud.
With their current development, I will call them useless in professional activities.
And for amateurs, it can come up (for learning purposes) and can become a starting point.
