YML import today all CMS, all CMS have free modules and plugins with settings for importing and exporting YML

Will a paid CMS suit you? There is OKAYCMS which works with import in yml. This file is generated "on the fly" when requesting site .ru/yandex.xml or /feed.xml

You can read more about the system on their official website or on mine . I was not too lazy and spent several hours to collect information for the future for clients asking which cms to choose and why I advise okay..
