Look towards opencart . It works smartly, it's not difficult to figure out what and how.
There are also Russified assemblies, in which there are some settings for the Russian realities of online trading.

In general, it’s easier to use a stronger server (the prices for them are not high now)

don't need a lot of resources, but your hands should grow from the right place (including in the server setup).
