What cloud storages exist with direct links to files?

I need a cloud service that is able to generate a direct link to a file.
That is, I inserted the link into the address bar and the download began.
I need direct links for the script to work correctly, which hides the original link and limits the time of the download link.

Dropbox, Yandex.Disk, GoogleDrive, the cloud from mail do not provide direct links (I even wonder why?!). Yes, there are some methods to get direct links, but they do not suit me, because today these methods work, tomorrow they don’t. And I need reliability.

Basic requirements for a cloud service:
- File storage up to 10 GB
- High download speed
- Download traffic about 100 GB per month
- The cost is not more than 3..4$ per month. (it is desirable that the payment was for the amount of downloaded)
- Whatever the file is not in the open list of available files (some file hosting services have such publicly published lists)

Now I use Selectel's file hosting service. Everything suits, except for problems with downloading. Very often, for some unknown reason, the file is not downloaded to the end. Byte 500..1000 is not downloaded. So I'm looking for a replacement.

Surprisingly, I was never able to find an adequate replacement.
And the reasons are:
1. There is no way to generate a direct link.
2. Price $ 5 or more per month (in selectel, on average, only 50..100 rubles per month)
3. There is a public list of recently added files. And I do not need to "shine" those files that I uploaded and opened access.
4. Slow download speed or blocking in some countries.

I don’t have the opportunity to delve deeper, but when I added it to my bookmarks, according to reviews, it was almost the best exchanger in terms of price / features / quality of work.
Study better what they offer, maybe they left something for paid accounts. In addition, it may be worth trying to buy an old paid account from your hands.
But in general, consider buying the so-called. "storage VPS" - there will be a HDD usually with 200+ GB of capacity and all your links will be direct by default. 4 dollars should meet.

Also the Russian company atlex.ru. It looks like something on selectel Various
services are provided, including cloud storage with the ability to generate direct links.
And not expensive 150 rubles for 100 GB of space and 50 GB of traffic for downloading per month.
I will test. Hopefully they won't have any problems downloading the files.
