How to find hidden Android folders on sd?

I connected the sd card from the phone to the PC. Only standard files and folders that can be viewed without root rights on the device itself are displayed.
Although I recently recovered deleted files with r-studio - .root folders and others were displayed there.
How can I open these folders on windows / linux?

1. On the flash drive, after all, the most common file system (most likely FAT32 - it is in my smartphone), so everything available in Windows should be available on this flash drive.
2.
