What are the options for the cause of the datadomain failure?

The ems datadomain dd630 disk backup system does not function correctly:
1. Sometimes it turns on, but it works for 10 to 20 minutes, after which it turns off
video output does not go to the display)

I did not find any visual faults on the server board and inside the power supplies.
There are no errors in the logs in the web interface.

What are the options for failure?
