What causes Mac OS X on VirtualBox to say "You need to restart your computer"?

Hello.
Today I encountered such a problem in Mac OS X on VirtualBox: "You need to restart your computer". Tried enough solutions but nothing helped.
The image is working, the OS works on other PCs

Maybe I'll find the answer here.

Where did you get the MacOS X image for VBox from?
