What can replace after effects with a web designer?

What are the analogues with similar functionality for creating gifs demonstrating the interactivity of an application or site? In Photoshop you can, but the functionality is very small and the animations are very poor. I heard there is something suitable for a poppy in conjunction with a sketch, but there is no poppy, so I don’t offer it.

Now Adobe XD with the latest update provides the ability to create basic animation, using an example
. Recently, a new tool has been released, in beta test, called mokup.
Of the ones I expected, there is a haiku program , they promised to do it under windows very soon, the timing is unknown.
