What can be the feedback form in the letter?

If this is the first letter to a potential customer, partner - what minimum should be present on the form so that:
- the letter does not immediately go to spam
- they want to re-read it in order to understand
- they put at least some check mark
- they didn’t have to write a response
- the sender realized that the letter read and understand
