Idea for a startup or is there such a resource?

There are people who are so busy that they don't answer e-mails. You write a second time - they answer. Sometimes for the third time with a copy to the boss. Is there such a resource on which you write an email, it sends it, and if no answer is received within a specified period, then the resource itself starts kicking a person once a day with automatic messages like:
- Dear% username%,
An email was sent to you, its recipient with looking forward to your reply.
Could you…etc…
— Is there such a thing?

I think that letters from such a service will immediately fall into spam due to user complaints.

There is such a service - www.boomeranggmail.com with the function Remind you if you don't hear back
And as an option, a simple phone call can help sort out the situation.

It might be better to do the opposite. Remind the sender that their email has not been delivered or a response has not been received.

And there's also a phone!
I always call the recipient back when I write an important (for me) letter!
