How to Contact Twitter Support
Habr, help. A lot of people love twitter, but I've been cursing them for a couple of months now for their support.
The point is this. Somehow a harmful virus made its way to my hosting, infected all the sites at once. Well, Google began to mark many of them as malicious. I figured out the infection, Google fixed everything. But a week later (!!!) Twitter started flagging sites as malicious. Apparently quite sloupok work.
Many sites have been banned, but for an example, here is the site: Ubuntu Linux . To see the error, just try posting the link on twitter.
I started writing wherever I could. At the beginning at support.twitter.com/formssent messages, choosing different options - nothing. Then he unsubscribed to [email protected], describing everything for the hundredth time. Each time they answered something like this:
Hello from Twitter.
Thanks for your email. We'll review the accounts you've reported for abuse. In the future, you can report spam directly from the user's profile page. Please review the detailed instructions on our help page at support.twitter.com/entries/64986.
If you'd like an agent to review a spam account, Tweet to @spam with the username that you would like to have investigate.
If you think your account may have been compromised, please take these two steps immediately:
1. Change your password. After you log in, you can change your password attwitter.com/settings/password. Be sure to pick a strong, unique password you haven't used before. If you're having trouble logging in, request a new password at twitter.com/account/resend_password.
2. Check your connections. Check the Applications tab at twitter.com/settings/applications and revoke the access privileges of any third party applications that you do not recognize.
This help page has more information for hacked or compromised accounts:

If you're reporting a URL that you are unable to post on Twitter, please email [email protected] with more information on the issue .
I also wrote to [email protected] - no results.
Habr, help! I'm tired of trying to get through to Twitter support.
