Tell me software (web or macos) for managing mailing lists

We send mail through our server, but the current software for managing mailing lists is not satisfactory.

We use CampaignMonitor . There is also MailChimp - one of the most (or even the most) popular mailing service in the West with low prices and a generous free plan, but I could not cope with its interface. It seems like everything is beautiful, glossy, but I feel out of place, I get lost in navigation all the time. With CampaignMonitor, there is no such feeling.
