I have business process analysis skills, I understand the basics of sales. I analyzed superficially almost all CPM systems when choosing it. I understand the Bitrix CRM system, I can write a task for php developers.

Quickly gain knowledge of MS CRM (principles of CRM operation - entities, metadata, plugins, etc., CRM capabilities and functions (UI, SDK, views, etc.))
be able to formulate MS CRM requirements
