Free CRM with XLS import?

Forgive advice, obviously someone has already chosen CRM for a small business.
Our modest enterprise has been actively looking for clients for more than 6 months. At the beginning of this difficult journey, I decided "For now, Excel, we'll figure it out further" ... As a result, all this was postponed, now we have a large customer base in XLS.
It became simply wildly difficult to look for something and somehow use it. I want to open a simple CRM for myself, something like:

• Client (name, potential / current, address, contacts, date of the first call, when to call back, note). Something along those lines.
  
• Availability of an iOS client
  

We tried to make friends with Bitrix, but the system is too cumbersome and multifunctional. I want something much simpler.

yeah, simple :) then it starts, and then add it to me, and then it started :)
take a normal large one and let's be right at a minimum - it will be simple for you, and then just open the functionality in front of users.
then you yourself will want to see the sales funnel or the reasons for failures :)
