Ready-to-use license agreements exist mainly for free works of technology and culture. Your work, apparently, is not just not free, but you can say “unlicensed”, that is, it was obtained in violation of copyright restrictions imposed by the copyright holders of the film (or why do you have subtitles there?). While this by no means means that your copyright is null and void, raising the issue of choosing distribution terms here is somehow not very correct.
