What are CAT programs with import from .xlsx?

Hello! I am looking for a program to automate line translations with the text of the program interface.
There is a source file .xlsx (Excel) with 3 columns: ID, Original text (English), Translation (Russian). A bunch of these tabs with a bunch of source lines. If desired, each tab can be uploaded as a separate CSV file.
A decent part of the source code has already been translated and cannot be lost.
I'm new to translations, I just know that they do it in XLIFF format, for which there are a lot of editors. But the question is, which of them allow you to import information from the source file without losing existing translations?
Ideally, I would like a free program, but one with a trial period will also work.

I ended up using Swordfish . Although I would not recommend it to anyone, it is quite a buggy thing. I also used smartcat.ai - it slows down a bit, because browser-based, but not bad software, supports importing individual ranges from .xslx.
