Machine translation from one language to another

Translate a conversation between two (!) people using a voice translator?

Given:
2 people speak a foreign language to each other
Task:
translate the conversation into another language in real time (conditionally - into English).
Problem:
The use of standard well-known means (for example, voice translation in Google Translate) does not solve the problem, because:
- for each replica, the voice must be attributed to a specific person in the conversation (just translate the entire conversation array without dividing it into persons - you get an unrelated set of words) .
- translation must be carried out continuously in real time, and not just short intervals of several seconds, as Google Translate does.
Are there any existing tools that can solve this problem? Or do you have to write it yourself?

@Fixid

Google Assistant at the beginning of the year learned the simultaneous translation of two people.
But the update is not yet available to everyone, so far only for the hub
