Is there an xml translator from English to Russian/Ukrainian?

Machine translation from one language to another

Interested in software or service for localization of one site engine into Russian and Ukrainian. Paid/free, doesn't matter. If paid, then, accordingly, machine translation should be better than free analogues that use google translate dictionaries can offer. There are similar services in google, but they didn’t fit either because of the lack of Russian and Ukrainian languages, or because of the clumsy
translation of the text (translated along with the code) and phrases. Fragment of xml code in 10 lines:
