Which text translation API do you recommend?

I am looking for the cheapest API for translating texts from English into other languages. The customer was not satisfied with Google Translate, as $20 per month is too much in their opinion. Are there cheaper solutions? If anyone knows of services where the cost of accessing the API would be lower, I would be grateful for a tip.

Translates better than google translate, costs less.
The only thing - pro is not available in all countries.
