Can I use an online translator on my website for free?

Hello.
I am planning to create a simple service. One of the main parts of the service is an online translator.
For example, I select a sentence and a popup with a translation appears above it.
An ajax request is sent to an online translator, for example, to google or yandex translate, the translation is returned.
The question is, is it permissible and legal?
Let's say there are a lot of visitors and they constantly translate something.
Translators have paid APIs, but the translator will be used not by me, but by users, requests for translation will come from many users' computers.

Yes, it's legal, as far as I know from Google, the translator is a paid api, from Yandex it's free, but there are limits "on the amount of translated text - up to 1,000,000 characters per day, but not more than 10,000,000 characters per month." - excerpt from Yandex conditions.
