Why does the layout break in googlewebmaster when viewing how googlebot?

I received a task from SEOs that when viewing the site as a Googlebot, a broken version comes out in terms of layout, I tested everything on the site, everything is in order. Tell me, did someone come across this and is it really that important and maybe you can tell the SEO optimizers that this is not important?

Most likely, some styles or scripts folders are closed in the robots.txt file. In the View as Googlebot tab, you should be given a list of blocked resources at the bottom (like here prntscr.com/bke7it) , open them in robots.txt with the Allow directive
